Sára is a law student at Masaryk University and is currently on a study stay in Belgium. Since her second year, she has been a member of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Law. She is particularly interested in the topics of discrimination, feminism, and imprisonment.

Jan studied European law and EU policies at the Faculty of Law at  Palacký University in Olomouc. He currently deals with subsidies within the EU Structural Funds. In addition to EU policies, he is interested in European integration and the human rights protection system at the level of the European Union.

Johana is a third year law student at Charles University. She is mainly interested in European law and criminal law. During her studies, Johana completed an internship at the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and currently works at a law firm.

Natália is a law student at Masaryk University in Brno. She is interested in human rights, international law, politics and diplomacy. She completed an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic, or in the office of Michal Šimečka, chairman of the Progressive Slovakia party. Her passions are all kinds of art, philosophy and literature.

Jan was the head of the Czech Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in 2018-2023. He has a PhD in international law, and an E.MA degree in human rights from Venice and Graz. He worked in a law firm, as well as in the Legal Affairs Division of the European External Action Service in Brussels. He later worked as a Visiting Professional in Chambers of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and subsequently as a lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. In the Czech Republic, he worked at the Office of the Public Defender of Rights and at the Institute of International Relations in Prague. He currently teaches at Masaryk University and works in research. He specializes mainly in international law and human rights.

Fundraiser

Dominika graduated in Law from Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies she worked in law firms. She currently works as an assistant to the judge at the Supreme Administrative Court. At the same time, she is studying European Human Rights at ELTE University in Budapest. She is interested in the protection of children's rights and in the field of asylum law.

Head of section International Criminal Justice

Nikola graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In addition to human rights, she is interested in international humanitarian law and criminal law. She has previously volunteered for Amnesty International and worked as an intern at a non-profit organization focusing on refugee and asylum law. She is currently working at a law firm.

Jakub is currently a student of Law and legal studies course and also of International-law trade studies course at Masaryk university. He is interested in public law. He enjoys recreational sports, cooking and he is a passionate drinker of tea.

Czech Republic and Human Rights

Zuzana studied law at the Charles University and spent a year at the University of Strasbourg. She works as a lawyer at the Office for Personal Data Protection. She also worked at the Court of Justice of the EU at the Czech Legal-Translation Unit in Luxembourg. She focuses on european law (especially data protection) and ICT law.
