Head of section European System of Human Rights Protection
Natálie graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University and she is currently a student in the European Law programme at Leiden University. She used to be an intern and/or a law clerk at the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court. Her field of interest is mainly EU law, its relationship with national (constitutional) law and the preliminary reference mechanism in connection with the Court of Justice of the EU.
Jiří successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. He currently works as an judicial assistant for two Czech Constiturional Court justices. As a volunteer he also works as legal advisor in Bílý kruh bezpečí (a organisation providing professional support for crime victims). He is mostly interested in areas of criminal and constitutional law, especially Rights of crime victims.
Anna is a student of Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. She focuses mainly on gender equality and discrimination. She is a lover of art, so in her free time she likes to go to the theatre or gallery. At the same time, she is a painter herself.
Barbora is currently studying at the Faculty of Law in Brno. She is mostly interested in civil law, especially family law, and civil procedural law. She likes to spend her free time at the opera or exploring new cafes with friends.
Denis is a Law and Jurisprudence student at the Masaryk university in Brno. He takes interest mainly in the theory of law, philosophy of law and empirical research of law. In his leisure time he likes to play guitar and juggle.
Radek graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. After finishing the law degree, he served as an intern at the Constitutional Court in professor Winter’s team. Currently he works as an assistant of professor Ronovska, vice-president of the Constitutional Court. He is interested in civil procedure law, especially insolvency law. Almost three years, he worked in the office of insolvency practitioners. He also served as an intern at the Brno Regional Court.
Karin studies International Relations and Security and Strategic studies at Masaryk University in Brno. She works at the Regional Centre for Help and Assistance to Ukraine and is interested in organised crime in Czechia.
Da Bean is a 4th-year student at the Faculty of Law, Charles University. During her studies, she completed an internship at a court, and currently, she works as a paralegal in a law firm. She is interested in human rights issues and business law.
Daniela studies political humanities at the Undergraduate College of Sciences Po Paris, she is currently spending one year at the University of Oslo. She is interested in violations of human rights and their justifications.
